Tall Oaks Village Center is a 70,000 square foot shopping center with 156 residential units and 13,500 square feet of retail.The center was one of Reston, Virginia’s original “village centers” and has historic and sentimental importance to the nation’s first planned community. Cooley and the development group on the project worked to balance the property’s historic significance with the need for reinvestment and redevelopment of this key asset.
