Susan Choy

Susan advises companies and investment banks on a wide variety of capital markets and corporate transactions, including initial and follow-on public offerings and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings. She also counsels public companies on corporate governance, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and securities law compliance.

Susan graduated with first class honours from the National University of Singapore, receiving several academic accolades, including the Law Society of Singapore Book Prize for finishing first in her cohort and the Yong Heng Kin Prize as the top student in contract law.
