Event summary

Since its inception in 1988, Lavender Law has served as a ‘family reunion’ for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals to both look back at shared history and look forward to the future of the legal profession. The Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the US, with more than 2,000 attendees attending annually.

The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s annual Lavender Law Career Fair is designed to achieve a sense of community and inclusion for LGBTQ+ candidates within the legal profession’s recruiting efforts. By participating in the fair, candidates can talk directly with LGBTQ+ inclusive recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBTQ+ rights groups and corporate legal departments.
