This program focused on current diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) issues in the legal profession, including:
- Data regarding diversity in the legal profession and the challenges of retaining lawyers.
- Areas where bias typically can be found within the legal profession.
- DEI challenges faced by in-house legal departments, as well as their outside counsel law firms.
- How new legal developments are impacting DEI efforts.
- Strategies to actively promote diversity in the legal profession.
