SoftBank Vision Fund Leads $400 Million Series F for Compass
Palo Alto – October 1, 2018 – Cooley represented SoftBank Vision Fund on leading real estate technology company Compass’ $400 million Series F financing round. Matthew Bartus, partner and co-chair of Cooley’s global emerging companies practice, led the team advising Softbank Vision Fund on the transaction.
Compass’ powerful end-to-end platform supports the entire buying and selling workflow. The round brings the total capital raised by Compass to nearly $1.2 billion. Cooley previously advised SoftBank Vision Fund on its $450 million investment in Compass.
