Nuvolo Agrees to Sell to Trane Technologies

New York – October 2, 2023 – Cooley advised Nuvolo, a world leader in modern, cloud-based connected workplace solutions, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Trane Technologies, a global climate innovator. The Cooley team advising Nuvolo was led by Kevin Cooper, Brandon Fenn and Nathan Baum.

The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval, with closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2023, and it will bring together the companies’ complementary capabilities, technology, offerings and customer bases across shared key verticals – including healthcare, life sciences, retail, public sector, education and more.
