Jorge advises clients ranging from manufacturers, retailers, distributors, trade associations and consumer product companies on product safety and compliance issues within all aspects of a product’s life cycle, including government reporting obligations, recalls, safety investigations and enforcement matters involving various federal and state agencies. In addition, Jorge represents clients in broad-ranging complex commercial litigations, cyber/data/privacy matters, white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. Jorge has experience litigating across various fora – including federal and state courts, domestic arbitration and mediation, and an international investment arbitration tribunal convened under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
