The company now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "HIVE."
Goldman Sachs and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as the joint book running managers for the offering. Piper Jaffray, William Blair & Co., JMP Securities and Stephens Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
