NVIDIA Secures $380 Million Synthetic Lease for New Headquarters

July 1, 2015

Cooley represented Corporation and its affiliates in a $380 million synthetic lease/structured financing transaction for the construction of NVIDIA's new corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, California.

The property will consist of a 500,000-square-foot futuristic office campus on a 36-acre site in Santa Clara. The financing was made by a syndicate of 10 lenders, with Wells Fargo serving as lead arranger and administrative agent.

Founded in 1993, NVIDIA is a publicly traded global company with 9,000+ employees worldwide. NVIDIA has pioneered the art and science of visual computing, and its products and services address the gaming, enterprise, high-performance computing, cloud and automotive markets.
