Meetup Sells to WeWork
New York – December 1, 2017 – Cooley advised social networking leader Meetup on its sale to WeWork, one of the fastest growing startups in the world. A cross-practice Cooley team was led by partners Adam Dinow in New York and Garth Osterman in San Francisco.
Utilizing WeWork’s 10 million and growing square feet of space, Meetup will obtain the resources needed to host its 15,000+ group gatherings of 35 million members each day.
