Boston – September 14, 2023 – Cooley advised General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital firm providing early-stage and growth equity investments, as the lead investor in Helsing’s 209 million euro Series B financing. Based in Munich, Germany, Helsing is a developer of defense artificial intelligence capabilities to protect democracies.
