Mott Corporation Agrees to Sell to IDEX Corporation for $1 Billion
Boston – July 23, 2024 – Cooley advised Mott Corporation, a microfiltration business specializing in the design, customization, and manufacturing of sintered porous metal components and engineered solutions used in fluidic applications, and its subsidiaries, on its definitive agreement to sell to IDEX Corporation for cash consideration of $1 billion, subject to customary adjustments. IDEX (NYSE: IEX) expects the transaction to be accretive to adjusted earnings per share in fiscal year 2026.
