Caitlin Munley concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation and securities litigation and enforcement. Caitlin has experience representing individuals and corporations in state and federal trial and appellate litigation and civil and criminal enforcement matters. She has been a member of litigation teams for matters involving class actions and investigations regarding violations of the securities laws, shareholder derivative actions, financial litigation relating to investment funds, the Federal Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, contract disputes, products liability and consumer class actions. She has counseled clients regarding trial and appellate strategy, taken expert depositions, and has extensive brief writing and motions practice experience. Caitlin also has an active pro bono practice, including the representation of juveniles in immigration matters.
