Lindsy represents emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies throughout their life cycle, advising on corporate formations, fundraising strategy, private financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience representing late-stage private companies in the initial public offering (IPO) process and advising public companies on US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and follow-on public offerings. She also frequently represents venture capital firms and other investors in corporate financings.
