Cooley advised Tectonic Therapeutic, a privately held biotechnology company developing G-protein coupled receptor-targeted therapeutic proteins, on its definitive merger agreement to combine in an all-stock transaction with AVROBIO, a gene therapy company with a purpose to free people from a lifetime of genetic disease. Tectonic also obtained $130.7 million in private financing commitments with a syndicate of new and existing leading life sciences investors in connection with the merger.

Cooley advised Monolith, a global leader in clean hydrogen, carbon black and ammonia, on its latest investment round of more than $300 million. Lawyers Laurie Bauer, Michael Rohr and Wilber Barillas led the Cooley team advising Monolith.

Cooley advised General Catalyst as lead investor in Eleanor Health’s $50 million Series C funding round. Eleanor Health is a provider of evidence-based outpatient care and addiction recovery services intended to help people suffering from substance abuse disorder. Partners Michael Rohr, Phil Mitchell, William Corcoran and Thomas Connors led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised General Catalyst as the lead investor in Olive AI’s $51 million funding round. Olive AI is a developer of process automation software designed to build meaningful artificial intelligence that empowers and scales humans. Partner Michael Rohr led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Gopuff, an on-demand goods, foods and alcohol delivery service, on its acquisition of rideOS, a fleet management platform, for $115 million. Cooley partner Kevin Cooper led the team advising Gopuff on the transaction.
