About Danielle

Danielle represents emerging companies and venture capital investors in the formation and financing of high-growth life sciences/healthcare and technology companies. She has nearly 25 years of experience counseling emerging companies and their venture investors on a range of issues and transactions, including formation, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinouts, and general corporate matters, as well as representing companies in initial public offerings and various other public financing and strategic transactions.

Danielle is an active member of the National Venture Capital Association’s General Counsel Advisory Board and has regularly spoken about emerging companies and venture capital transactions for Practising Law Institute, various law schools and other organizations.
