Cooley advised Vivace Therapeutics, a small molecule discovery and development company developing first-in-class cancer therapies targeting the Hippo pathway, on its $35 million Series D financing.

Cooley advised ARCH Venture Partners, which co-led a $1 billion Series A funding round in Xaira Therapeutics. Partners Colleen Badgley, Danielle Naftulin and Dave Peinsipp led the Cooley team advising ARCH, a venture capital firm catalyzing discoveries that prevent, detect and cure disease.

Cooley advised GIC on a number of its investments, working closely with the team on both primary and secondary transactions including, among others, their Series D investment in Razorpay, Series F and Series G investments in Nubank and their Series G investment in Databricks. Partner Danielle Naftulin led the Cooley team advising GIC.

Cooley advised Norwest Venture Partners as lead investor in a $60 million Series B-2 financing of Knotel, a New York City-based provider of custom workplaces.

Cooley advised Norwest Venture Partners as lead investor in a $26 million Series E financing of Shape Security, a fraud-fighting cybersecurity company.
