Cooley advised Dandelion Energy on its $30 million Series B financing round. Partner Harley Brown led the Cooley team advising Dandelion Energy, a developer of a home geothermal system designed to offer renewable heating and cooling services.

Cooley advised Repare Therapeutics on its $253 million initial public offering of 12,650,000 shares of common stock, including full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Repare Therapeutics, whose securities now trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “RPTX”, is a leading precision oncology company enabled by its proprietary synthetic lethality approach to the discovery and development of novel therapeutics. Partners Div Gupta, Ryan Sansom and Marc Recht led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Boston-based market automation firm Klaviyo on its $200 million Series C funding round led by Accel. The financing represents one of the largest software financings in the city in 2020. Corporate partners Harley Brown and Pat Mitchell led the Cooley teams on the transactions. 

Cooley advised augmented intelligence platform DataRobot on its $300 million Series G financing round and its concurrent acquisition of Algorithmia, a machine learning model deployment and management solution. Harley Brown, Pat Mitchell and Pat Argenio led the Cooley team advising DataRobot on the financing, while Brown and Heather Harrington led the team advising on the acquisition.

Cooley served as US legal counsel to Oculis in its business combination with European Biotech Acquisition Corp. Partners Michal Berkner, Div Gupta, Ryan Sansom and Aaron Pomeroy led the Cooley team.
