Her counseling practice spans state and federal employment law, addressing workplace issues such as discrimination and harassment, separations, accommodations, and wage and hour considerations. Kamya also regularly drafts and reviews a range of policies, handbooks, offers, terminations, commissions, consulting and vendor services agreements, and proprietary information and trade secret protections. Additionally, she maintains an active pro bono practice.
