Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jefferies and Cowen and Company served as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Cooley advised Syndax Pharmaceuticals on its loan and security agreement with Hercules Capital Inc. for aggregate maximum borrowings of up to $30 million. Syndax Pharmaceuticals is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a pipeline of combination therapies in multiple cancer indications.

Cooley advised the underwriters of BioAge Labs, a clinical-stage biotechnology company that is harnessing the biology of human aging to develop novel targets and therapies for metabolic diseases, on its $198 million initial public offering.

Cooley advised Nutrafol, a leading provider of hair wellness products, on its agreement to sell a majority stake in the company to Unilever.
