Cooley advised Founders Fund, a venture capital firm investing in smart people solving difficult problems, as a co-lead investor in Anduril Industries’ $1.5 billion Series F funding round, which increased Anduril’s valuation to $14 billion.

Cooley advised Blue Owl Capital, a top asset manager redefining alternatives, on its strategic investment a $300 million royalty financing and a $450 million credit facility in BridgeBio Pharma, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on genetic diseases and cancers.

Cooley advised Nutrafol, a leading provider of hair wellness products, on its agreement to sell a majority stake in the company to Unilever. Partner Kevin Cooper led the Cooley team advising Nutrafol on the transaction, and partner Stephane Levy has acted as longtime corporate counsel to the company. Nutrafol is backed by Unilever Ventures and consumer-focused private equity firm L Catterton.

Cooley advised the underwriters of fashion ecommerce platform Rent the Runway’s $357 million initial public offering of 17,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, which now trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol RENT. Lawyers Nicole Brookshire, Christina Roupas, Minkyu Park, Rebecca Warner and Leah Duncan led the Cooley team advising Rent the Runway.

Cooley advised UiPath, the world’s leading robotics process automation software company, on its $1.5 billion initial public offering of 27,474,393 shares of Class A common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.
