Cooley advised Chimerix (Nasdaq: CMRX), a biopharmaceutical company with a mission to develop medicines that meaningfully improve and extend the lives of patients facing deadly diseases, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Jazz Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: JAZZ) for $8.55 per share in cash – totaling approximately $935 million.
Cooley advised Odeko, a mobile ordering and supply chain management software for coffee shops and cafés, on its $126 million Series E financing round. Lawyers Tamim Bazzi, Alex Abelson, Christopher Nickas and Sophie Kraff led the Cooley team advising Odeko.
Founders Fund Co-Leads Anduril’s $1.5 Billion Series F

Cooley advised Founders Fund, a venture capital firm investing in smart people solving difficult problems, as a co-lead investor in Anduril Industries’ $1.5 billion Series F funding round, which increased Anduril’s valuation to $14 billion.
Cooley advised Sazerac, one of the world’s largest distilled spirits companies, on its agreement to acquire BuzzBallz, a woman-owned and family-operated distillery, winery and brewery in Texas.
Cooley advised Impact Analytics, a provider of the industry’s most innovative retail, grocery, consumer packaged goods, and supply chain-focused planning and merchandising software suite, on the close of its $40 million growth financing.
