Charlotte Yin practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of public and private companies on a broad range of transactional and governance matters. Charlotte counsels public companies and their boards on governance and securities issues, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, Exchange Act reporting, annual meetings, and shareholder activism. Charlotte also advises emerging companies through all stages of their business life cycle, from day-to-day corporate matters to venture financings. In addition, Charlotte is passionate about counseling companies across multiple industries on their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) compliance, climate reporting and targets, and other sustainability and governance matters.
