Jackpocket Reaches Agreement to Be Acquired by DraftKings for $750 Million

Cooley advised Jackpocket, the first licensed third-party lottery courier app in the US, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by DraftKings for $750 million.
Cooley and co-counsel Dixon Law advised SevenRooms, a marketing and operations platform for the hospitality industry, on its acquisition of HeyPluto, an artificial intelligence Short Message Service marketing platform used by hospitality and consumer brands to build and sustain authentic and mutually profitable relationships with their customers.
