James represents a diverse set of companies and investors in the software, technology, digital media, consumer products, fintech and real estate and construction sectors. Prior to becoming a lawyer, James clerked for the United States Senate and worked in business strategy and process improvement roles for a Forbes 200 privately-owned company (America’s Largest Private Companies).
