Route Hits $1.25 Billion Valuation With Series B Round

Cooley advised Route, a post-purchase experience platform and package tracking company, on its $200 million Series B financing round, which brings its valuation to $1.25 billion. Lawyers Dave Young, Joseph Kaczorowski, Robert Pollak and Roslyn Akel led the Cooley team advising Route.
Cooley advised Kyverna Therapeutics on its $85 million Series B financing. Partners Laura Berezin and Sara Semnani led the Cooley team advising Kyverna, a developer of new cell-based therapeutics designed to offer treatments and cures for serious autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
Cooley advised restaurant chain sweetgreen on its $418.6 million initial public offering of 14,950,000 shares of Class A common stock, which now trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol SG.
