Cooley advised Lacework, a data-driven cloud security company, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Fortinet (Nasdaq: FTNT), the global cybersecurity leader driving the convergence of networking and security.

Cooley advised Pocus on its $23 million Series A financing. Pocus develops a product-led sales platform designed to make data actionable. Partner Dave Young led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Fabric, a leader in “headless” commerce “connecting every sales channel (head) to a single source,” on its $140 million Series C funding round, which brings the company’s valuation to $1.5 billion. Lawyers Josh Seidenfeld and Daniel Lee led the Cooley team advising Fabric.

Cooley advised Lacework, a data-driven security platform for the cloud, on its $1.3 billion Series D financing round, which brings its valuation to $8.3 billion. Partners Mark Tanoury and Lauren Creel led the Cooley team advising Lacework.

Cooley advised SoftBank Vision Fund 2 on leading India-based sales readiness company Mindtickle’s $100 million Series E financing round, which brings the software company’s valuation to $1.2 billion.
