Cooley advised Keros Therapeutics (Nasdaq: KROS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing novel therapeutics to treat a wide range of patients with disorders linked to dysfunctional signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta family of proteins, on its exclusive global development and commercialization license agreement with Takeda Pharmaceuticals to advance elritercept.

Cooley advised Autolus – a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation programmed T-cell therapies – on its strategic collaboration with BioNTech, an immunotherapy company pioneering novel therapies for cancer and other serious diseases, to advance both companies’ autologous CAR-T programs toward commercialization, as well as a $350 million underwritten offering.

Cooley advised General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital firm providing early-stage and growth equity investments, as the lead investor in Helsing’s 209 million euro Series B financing.
