Cooley advised cloud-based construction software company Payapps and its private equity sponsor IFM Investors on a definitive agreement in which Payapps will be acquired by Autodesk, a multinational software company.

Cooley advised Allovue, a top provider of K-12 financial planning, budgeting and analytics software in the US, on its acquisition by PowerSchool, a leading provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education in North America.

Bavarian Nordic, a vaccine company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Emergent BioSolutions’ travel vaccines portfolio for up to $380 million, including an upfront payment of $270 million.

Cooley advised World View, a leader in stratospheric exploration and flight, on its definitive business combination agreement with publicly traded special purpose acquisition company Leo Holdings Corp.
